Defective Product Returns Policy
At Campingacc, we take pride in providing high-quality products. However, in the rare instance that you receive a defective item, we are committed to ensuring a hassle-free return process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- The product must be defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes issues such as broken, malfunctioning, or incorrect items received.
- The defect must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.
How to Request a Return:

- Your order number.
- A description of the defect or damage.
- Photos of the defective product (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and may provide further instructions.
Return Process:
- If your return request is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
- We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.
Exceptions:
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer outside of normal use are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:
