Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective Product Returns Policy

At Campingacc, we take pride in providing high-quality products. However, in the rare instance that you receive a defective item, we are committed to ensuring a hassle-free return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The product must be defective or damaged upon arrival. This includes issues such as broken, malfunctioning, or incorrect items received.
  • The defect must be reported within 7 days from the date of delivery.

How to Request a Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at +27827777558 to report the defect. Please include:

    • Your order number.
    • A description of the defect or damage.
    • Photos of the defective product (if applicable).
  2. Our team will review your request and may provide further instructions.

Return Process:

  • If your return request is approved, we will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on availability.
  • We will cover the return shipping cost for defective items.

Exceptions:

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer outside of normal use are not eligible for returns.
  • If the defect was caused by the shipping process, we may request that you return the item in its original packaging.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive the defective product and confirm the issue, we will process your refund or send a replacement within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
